Oyeyemi Alabi, B. ED, M. ED, LPC is a Mental Health provider with Tranquil Therapy & Rehab. She is a
dedicated, competent and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with over 14 years of experience in
helping individuals overcome challenges and achieve personal growth. My therapeutic approach integrates evidence–
based practices, primarily Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, tailored to meet the
unique needs of each client.
I specialize in treating a range of issues including Anxiety Disorders, Depression, Stress Management, Anger
Management, Relationship difficulties, and life transitions. I also specialize in providing services for parents whose
children have Intellectual Disabilities (ID), Autism (AU), attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and
Emotional Distress (ED. My goal is to empower my clients by equipping them with practical tools and strategies that
foster resilience and promote lasting change.
My style is very warm and respectful, I will not only actively listen, empathize, and create a collaborative and
supportive environment where clients feel safe to explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Through CBT, we
work together to identify and challenge unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors that contribute to distress.
Additionally, Solution-Focused Therapy allows us to focus on strengths and solutions, helping clients envision and
achieve their desired outcomes.
